CONGRATULATIONS!! on finding your way to us.  We have the best rentals and lowest vacation rental rates in all of Florida.  All rental units are either saltwater or freshwater front properties.  They are all located near local beaches.   They are fully furnished properties.  All you really need to pack is your tooth brush, bathing suit and fishing pole!

All utilities and taxes are included in weekly and daily rental rates.  Rental Units contain an existing computer system that is connected to a broadband internet connection.  Also, unlimited local and long distance telephone calls via the computer and an existing Skpe Out Account.  You must bring your own computer headset to use the free phone system.

Rental Units are very centrally located for taking in the best that Florida has to offer.  The following list is only the tip of the iceberg.

Reservations made through an Ebay auction or any other advertisement require the Renter to fully accept and abide by the Reservation Conditions for that rental unit.

Please understand that we must abide by all local ordinances.  Weekly rates are based on 4 Adults w/2 kids or 2 Adults with 4 kids for 8 days / 7 nights vacation.   Checkin is 4 pm and Checkout is at 10 am.  No smoking inside house.  Most properties do have nice seating areas outside the unit where you are allowed to smoke.
