You are bidding for a full relocation service that I normally invoice between 550 and 750 euros
Selling price is exceptionnaly low, the only counterpart being that you are invited to buy through the extensive property catalogue (around 300 for the whole South West) that I have through my partners : Agency in Nogaro (Gers) and in Maubourguet (Hautes Pyrenees). This way, my main remuneration comes from my partner agency that pay me a commission, no extra cost (just normal agency fees) and big save for you :)
If you cannot find the house of your dream, I'll refund you and won't offer relocation support, unless you decide otherwise and I'would do you a quote. NO CATCH
I will first accompany you, as any immo in France, to find and buy the property, so, you are not paying for that !
What I am offering is the all support services that come once you have bought and for the 6 following month (car reg in france + insurance, house and healt insurances, taxes, house admin, etc, etc...).
Feel free, and I stronly recommend !!, to contact me before bidding. You WON'T tie to me, you'll just pay a more than reasonable price for an ENORMOUS value added that you cannot imagine now, while starting your "move to france process". I'll be more than happy to give you the contacts of British clients that have used my services and are delighted (I gathered them all for nice vin, foie gras and saucisson aperitive last week by the way :))
