Nice accessory for travel, a neck wallet with a clear pocket on the front for your I.D. and an expandable back pouch for cell phone or other personal device, along with a place to attach a pen or two.  Main pouch has  velcro on the flap, to keep your inside contents secure. 

Approx. 6 1/2 "  x  5", plus the cord to go around the neck.  In very good condition, only used once. 

Seems to be made of vinyl, we are  unsure.  Brand is American Identity.
