1. To be eligible for this promotion you must be Australian or New Zealand permanent residents aged between 30 - 65. You need to be homeowners with a combined income of $40,000 per annum or non homeowners with a minimum income of $50,000. New Zealand residents must be homeowners with a minimum income of $50,000. You must be married or in a defacto relationship for a minimum of two years.
2. This fantastic offer is made to you under the condition that you MUST both attend a 90 minute no obligation timeshare presentation at one of the resorts to see the holiday benefits that Classic Holiday Club has to offer.
3. Children are unable to attend the presentation, childcare facilities are provided for your convenience
4. This voucher is valid for 24 months, although it cannot be redeemed until 6 months after the issue date. The reservation form contained in your voucher needs to be completed and received at reservations office 60 days prior to your requested dates.
5. This voucher is only valid during school and/or public holidays or special events, when an upgrade option is taken (subject to availability).
6. This offer is not valid over ANY Christmas period.
7. Requested dates must be at least 60 days in advance. All requests are subject to availability. In the event of your requested dates not being available, alternatives will be offered.
8. All prices in regards to this offer are quoted in Australian Dollars; we are unable to accept any other currency.
9. Check in is strictly Friday or Saturday (subject to availability) unless otherwise arranged. You may delay your check in day, however, this must be notified to and confirmed by us at least 72 hours prior to confirmed arrival date. Should you not arrive for check-in on your confirmed arrival date, your entitlement will be forfeited and made available for rental purposes. Check-out day may not be extended.
10. The accommodation provided will be in one of the properties participating in this offer. It will not necessarily be one of the properties displayed in the voucher as properties are continually joining this great promotion.
11. Should you fail to meet these terms and conditions or do not attend the 90 minute presentation during your stay, the standard weekly room rate of $900 will apply.
12. Other promotional opportunities may be offered to the recipient of this voucher.
13. All accommodation is provided on a self-catering basis. Meals, air and ground travel are the sole responsibility of the person/s redeeming this voucher.
14. Due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances, your booking may be moved to another participating property of equal standard.
15. This voucher may not be redeemed for cash and has no cash equivalent either expressed or implied.
16. No reliance should be placed on representation other than in these terms and conditions.
17. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Promotion is limited to one voucher per household, over a 5 year period.
18 Reservations can only be made within a 12 month booking window.

Q. am a single 31 yr. old professionally employed, however I don't know if I would reach the required 40,000 per annum. Am I still eligible to buy this item and use it?

Q,Just wondering if there is certain times of the year that this offer is valid? ie only at off-peak times
A. The Voucher is valid for 12 months but is generally not able to be used at peak times such as Schoolies, Christmas and New Year unless an upgrade package is purchased.
Q.i am assuming you can buy 2 packages and use the weeks consecutively?
A. The vouchers are limited to 1 per couple, and cannot be accumulated.
Q.You are right! This does look like a misprint. I would take one straight away if I could use it between Xmas & New Year. Can you let me know if this is possible, even if I have to pay an extra premium?
A. The answer depends on the individual resorts and their bookings, Some offer a upgrade during school holidays example is a 1 BR apartment could cost $199 and a 2 bedroom $299, .The best use of the voucher id during the non peak periods.

A. The answer is that $30 amd the $179.00 is all you pay for accommodation.Meals and drinks are at your cost.

A. It depends on your requirements as to comfort, but yes you can bring children. Most resorts have child facilities and there is creche facilities whilst you attend your presentation.

A. Yes 6 can be accommodated, an upgrade to the voucher is $299.00 for a 2bedroom sleep 6 apartment.
Q.Im a 20 year old female in a defacto relationship (5 years) with a combined income of $47-50K, would really love to purchase 2 separate vouchers (2 x $30.00) as Im flying down to the Gold Coast with 3 other adults. A. The conditions are as stated but friends can purchase a voucher each or you can upgrade to a larger apartment and all stay together.
Q. I am confused when you say attend seminar do i have to live in Brisbane? as i am in WA
A. The seminars are held at the resort in which you are staying whilst you are on holiday,never the first or the last day. |
