The First Class Cottage & Billie's House:

The First Class Cottage is a cozy hideaway overlooks 25 acres of beautiful open country fields. When you stand on the front porch, you feel like your standing on top of a cloud with the cool winds whispering in your ears.

The interior is decorated in warm reds, soft blues and vibrant greens. With two bedrooms available a comfortable queen or full-size bed is offered in one of the elegant guest rooms. The unique furnishings, a common sitting area and a Television with satellite in each room allows your stay to feel like your at home not in a lifeless hotel. There is 1 full bath with a tub and shower combination that is shared by our guests and complimentary toiletries. 'The Claw Foot Tub Room', it is a very large bedroom size separate private bathroom with a pedestal sink, commode, a Sensual 1920's  Bath Tub and soft relaxing music. The Claw Foot Tub can accomadate one or two just in case you want a relaxing midnight rendezvous and made only available to you...

The First Class Cottage offers modern comforts of Central Air & Heat (We believe in roughing it-but come on we love A/C.....LOL). Our cottage is inviting, calming, private and secluded. You will be refreshed by nature's beauty surrounding you. This is close to heaven on earth as you can get!

Billie's House is adjacent to the innkeepers main home and walking distance to downtown Lexington. It has two private entrances with access to the front and backyard. This vacation home is completely separate from the main house so there is no interior access for our guest so you have complete seclusion and privacy. It has one master bedroom with a Queen size bed, a comfortable Queen size Sofa Sleeper and a complete kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove and microwave. It has one and a half bathrooms which includes a walk-in shower. There is a ramp in the back for our wheelchair or special needs guests. The back yard has a private deck with an above ground pool for your enjoyment. Billie's House is only available for short term reservations.

Start your day with a complimentary eye opening breakfast at your leisure we stock your refrigerator with delightful breakfast items, juices and coffee.   Other B & B's require you to eat breakfast at a certain period of time  but this unhosted cottage allows our guests to create and customize a meal of their own when their ready to eat for no additional charge from us.  If you like, we can also deliver a prepared hot breakfast for $10 per person for each day just let us know when you arrive. This additional charge can be taken care of on your scheduled day of arrival.

We also open an above ground pool on a seasonal basis just for those Hot Texas days and nights!!

We are pet friendly!  However, we do required that a general health certificate for dogs  presented at check-in or faxed ahead of time. It must be issued by your own veterinarian within 10 days prior to your arrival date. If possible we ask our animal-lover's to book the entire house when you bring your precious babies or please email or call before you make your reservations so we can try and match you with another animal-lover during your stay. We want all of our 2 or 4 legged guests comfortable at all times. (A $100.00 pet deposit is required).
