I do my very best to describe items as accurately and honestly as possible. Due to Royal Mail terms and conditions ceramics and glass cannot be insured against damage in transit. In the case of any 'lost in post' or 'damaged upon receipt' items then please be aware that I will do all I can to help you get your money back from the Post Office but there are no guarantees. I always get receipt of postage and will send as 'Signed for' where requested or necessary. I cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit or items lost in transit. If you require insurance please enquire with Post Office. Once you have paid for your purchase I will undertake to get it to you in the same condition as it left me, but once in the postal system it is accepted that it's 'Sent at your own risk'.
